Being a member of your professional organization, the Teachers Association of Lee County, is so much more than representation and contract negotiations. As a member of TALC, you will have the opportunity to help shape public education policy in the district and across the state. Joining your union helps us all push for better pay, safer working conditions, and helps demand respect for the education profession. Choosing to belong means you have decided to become a public-school advocate and wish to stand with other like-minded professionals in support of the greatest common good: Public Education.
